Cannabis News: In US, the first cannabinoid-based drug has been officially approved by the FDA these days. Epidiolex, the new GW Pharmaceuticals treatment for two rare forms of epilepsy such as seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut and Dravet syndromes is now on the market and available by prescription. As a result, this drug launch has been noticed as a positive sign and certainly a new era for other companies working toward FDA approval for their own CBD medicines.
